The Anger and Me??


well... something in my brain pushing me to write tonight,
since i have the habits to always skip the "dinner" activity,
and i used to spend less time writing in my blog, so...
let me write something about how to manage the anger emotion
as i always do, and i always failed to manage these, and you know what,
everything will be ends with scream, shout,and cry, i hate doing this, but i always did it.
Those things proved me that i can't control the anger emotions,
so people " Controlling your anger now, before it's controlling you"
i think my anger management licensed is expired since i know that too hard to keep it calm,
Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy,it's a human emotion.
But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems, too many problems....
problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life.
And it can make you became unpredictable and powerful emotion.

The question is?

what makes you (me) too angry?

many reasons, many explanation.....
it could be from the internal and external side, but the best answer is
not skilled at emotional communications.
so you can get angry more easily and more intensely ,

well the solution Are...???

calm down, relaxation can helps you release your problems,
make a better communication The first thing to do if you're in a HOT discussion
is slow down and think through your responses.
Don't say the first thing that comes into your head,
but slow down and think carefully about what you want to say.
At the same time, listen carefully to what the other person is saying,
and take your time before answering.
still won't works??? well.. using humor can be a good solve, even if it also don't works out but it could be the good way to do, wait it still wont works ?????? all you have to do is avoid the things that makes you stay in anger for example; talking with someone who always pull out your anger,
now you can minimize it, you just talk less with them now, or doing something that can increase
your anger, you can minimize it too, (even though you need doing this)

Remember . . .
Life will be filled with frustration, pain, loss, and the unpredictable actions of others.
You can't change that
But you can change the way that "these things wouldn't affects you too much"

Hampir tiap org pernah mangalami hal spt itu, metode dan cara menghadapinya pun akan berkembang seiring makin banyaknya "tool" yg kita pelajari dalam hidup. Oleh sebab itu mumpung masih muda, banyak2lah cari pengalaman hidup, makin dinamis hidup kita, makin banyak tool yg kita punya. Pada saat kita menghadapi sebuah situasi atau mangambil keputusan, banyak referensi yg secara INSTING kita ambil. Keep learning. Satu saat boleh saja kita berfikir untuk tidak memanjakan perasaan kita : kita tidaklah sendiri dan terasing dengan nasib, karena soalnya adalah hukum sejarah kehidupan, suka duka kita bukanlah istimewa, karena setiap orang mengalaminya, hidup tidaklah untuk mengeluh & mengaduh hidup adalah untuk mengolah... (sajak seorang tua untuk istrinya: WS Rendra).
Banyak org telah berhasil menyelesaikan masalah2nya, survive, dan kita harus menjadi bagian golongan yg lolos seleksi alam.
